1. These terms

These Terms govern your use of copperwood-x.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Copper Wood Trading Co. L.L.C ("Copperwood", "we", "us") is a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trade licence number 1133021, registered office Office 279-201, Leader Real Estate LLC, Deira - Al Souq Al Kabeer, Dubai.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. By ordering you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method presented.

3. Products

We sell single-origin Yemeni coffee, Royal Osaimi Sidr honey and Ceylon cinnamon.

These are natural agricultural products. Colour, aroma, density and flavour vary between harvests and between batches. Product photography is representative rather than exact. Sidr honey may crystallise, which is a natural characteristic and not a defect.

Product descriptions on this site are for general information. Our products are foods, not medicines. Nothing on this site is a claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Allergen and origin information is stated on product packaging. If you have an allergy or intolerance, check the packaging before consuming.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, and will refund you in full if we do, where:

The product is unavailable
There is a pricing or description error
We cannot verify your payment or delivery details
Delivery to your location is restricted by law or by our carriers
We suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms

5. Pricing

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable at the prevailing UAE rate. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges on international orders are your responsibility and are not included in the price. Check your local requirements before ordering.

We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major card brands including Visa and Mastercard. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.

Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We do not store your full card details.

If a payment is reversed, charged back or fails after dispatch, we may suspend your account and recover the amount owed.

7. Delivery

We deliver within the UAE and to the international destinations listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes on full payment.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruption, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns, cancellation and refunds

Right to cancel. You may cancel an order and return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.

Food safety exception. For reasons of hygiene and food safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed food products unless they are defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered.

Damaged or incorrect goods. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@copperwood-x.com with your order number and photographs. We will replace the goods or refund you in full, including delivery costs.

How to return. Contact us before returning anything. Return shipping is at your cost unless the goods were defective, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or agreeing the claim.

Nothing here limits your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

9. Wholesale and B2B

Wholesale, distribution and bulk orders are governed by a separate written agreement. Enquiries submitted through the B2B form are not orders and create no obligation on either side. Pricing quoted for wholesale is confidential.

10. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at info@copperwood-x.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to break the law, infringe our rights or anyone else's, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, or resell our products as your own without a written agreement.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photography, logos and the Copperwood name and marks, belongs to Copperwood or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including conflict, civil unrest, harvest failure, export restriction, sanctions, port or shipping-lane disruption, or government action affecting our source regions.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
