Shipping policy
This policy sets out how we dispatch and deliver orders. It reflects section 7 of our Terms of Service, which applies in full.
Where we deliver
We deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates, and internationally to the destinations listed at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
Delivery charges
| Destination | Order value | Charge |
|---|---|---|
| United Arab Emirates | AED 250 and over | Free |
| United Arab Emirates | Under AED 250 | AED 25 |
| International | Any | AED 70 |
The charge that applies to your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch times
Orders received Monday to Friday before 14:00 Gulf Standard Time, excluding UAE public holidays, are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 14:00 GST are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times quoted at checkout are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking link and shipment tracking number by email. We cannot change the delivery address after an order has shipped, so please check your address carefully, and include your email and mobile number so the courier can reach you if needed.
International orders, duties and customs
Import duties, taxes and customs charges on international orders are your responsibility and are not included in the price or the delivery charge. Please check your local requirements before ordering.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruption, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk and title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes on full payment.
Problems with a delivery
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@copperwood-x.com with your order number and photographs. See our Refund policy for how this is resolved.
